Returns & exchanges

Exchange or return within 7 days of purchase (or of delivery for shipped orders) at any The Gate store — you don't need to go back to the store you bought from.

Conditions: keep your receipt; item unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached.

Options: exchange for another size, colour or item; or a refund in cash at the store or by bank transfer. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.

Shipping costs for returns: if we made the mistake (wrong item, wrong size, defect), we cover shipping both ways. For a change of mind or size, the customer covers shipping.
